Taft is pleased to welcome seasoned franchise attorney Josh Brown as a partner and chair of its Franchise and Distribution industry group.

Brown brings significant franchise and licensing experience to Taft and offers clients a unique combination of legal experience, business background, and entrepreneurial skills to help clients grow their businesses. Throughout his career, he has focused on counseling franchisors through legal challenges and helping identify and pursue potential franchise opportunities.

Earlier in his career, Brown worked in business management, sales, marketing, and operations for several businesses, including two franchise systems. He is the creator and host of Franchise Euphoria, a top-rated podcast, and a frequent author and presenter on topics related to franchising.

Brown received his law degree from Valparaiso University and his undergraduate degree from Indiana University.
