Taft Serves as Counsel to JD Sports in Merger with The Finish Line
Taft is pleased to have acted as Indiana counsel to JD Sports Fashion Plc (LSE: JD) in its merger with The Finish Line. JD Sports is the leading European retailer of sports, fashion and outdoor brands. The Finish Line will become an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of JD Sports creating an expanding global scope for the company.
