Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP has been recognized by its clients in the top 100 in client service among law firms in BTI Consulting’s 2011 BTI Client Service A-Team rankings. Taft’s ranking was published in the 10th annual The BTI Client Service A-Team 2011: The Survey of Law Firm Client Service Performance, which is the only law firm ranking based on direct, unprompted feedback from corporate counsel.
Taft’s ranking was compiled by interviews with approximately 300 corporate counsel at Fortune 1000 companies, placing the firm’s customer service in the top 10 percent of all law firms serving the world’s largest organizations.
