Taft was selected by BTI Consulting Group in the “Client Service A-Team” 2025 report, the only law firm ranking based on direct, unprompted feedback from corporate counsel. The firm was named a Leader in two categories that clients value most, consider most important, and have the most influence on hiring and rate decisions in driving outstanding client relationships. According to the report, clients also recognize Taft as one of only 48 firms with the Most Improved client service over the last year.
