Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP has been recognized in BTI Consulting’s 2018 BTI Client Service A-Team rankings. Taft’s ranking was published in the 17th annual The BTI Client Service A-Team 2018: The Survey of Law Firm Client Service Performance, which is the only law firm ranking based on independent, unbiased feedback from corporate counsel.

Taft’s ranking was compiled by interviews with approximately 350 corporate counsel. The ranking is limited to law firms considered by clients to deliver the absolute best levels of client service.

The BTI Client Service A-Team evaluates individual law firm performance through the eyes of the client. No law firms influence the results, submit nominations or provide client names. The research is independent and unbiased. The client decides which law firms are best at the 17 activities driving superior client relationships.
