Taft welcomes Chris Brown as an attorney in the Minneapolis office.

As a member of the firm’s Litigation group, Brown will focus his practice in the areas of securities litigation, mergers and acquisitions litigation, bankruptcy litigation, antitrust, and tax controversy. Prior to joining Taft, he was an attorney at one of the oldest and most prestigious law firms in New York City. 

Brown earned his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School where he was an articles editor for the Minnesota Law Review. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy from Conception Seminary College where he received the Baily Bales Award for Excellence in Philosophy.
