In August 2020, Taft Minneapolis completed a multi-phase, two-year remodel that modernized the traditional finishings. In collaboration with real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield, Partner-in-Charge Justin Weinberg and Director of Facilities Julie Munneke submitted a write-up for the weekly “Cool Offices” feature. The Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal accepted and provided the team with an opportunity to tell the story of the elegant and functional space. 

“They did an unbelievable job of overnight and over-weekend work to move attorneys and staff into those spaces,” Weinberg said of the team effort.
