Taft hosted the National Veteran Small Business Coalition (NVSBC) Breakfast in Dayton on October 15, 2025.

Taft attorneys Suzanne Sumner, Brandon Dobyns, and Jordan Jennings served as panelists for the event, moderated by Richard Green, President and CEO of Ghostwerks LLC. The panel addressed the latest developments in federal contracting, including FAR reform, intellectual property protection, mentor-protégé joint ventures, and CMMC cybersecurity compliance.
