Taft Cleveland will host the next Cleveland Gender Equity in the Legal Industry (GELI) Forum on Oct. 26, 2021. The virtual program is titled “Difficult Conversations in the Workplace: Do Men and Women Handle Them Differently?” and will feature a presentation by Kathy Sullivan, principal and owner of Talent Principles.

Taft is a founding member of Cleveland’s GELI Forum, which is a collaboration of local law firms committed to identifying and addressing gender inequities at private law firms.
