Taft Cleveland has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2020 honor by The Plain Dealer. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by Energage LLC, an employee engagement technology corporation. The anonymous survey uniquely measured 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

The Plain Dealer released the complete list of Top Workplaces on June 25 and honored the award winners via a virtual Zoom celebration that afternoon.
