Taft Attorneys Papageorge and Wagner Join the Fellows of the Indiana Bar Foundation
Taft partners, Bill Wagner and John Papageorge, have accepted invitations to join the Fellows of the Indiana Bar Foundation. Attorneys are invited to join as described by their bylaws:
Members of the Indiana State Bar Association in good standing who are recognized for professional, public and private careers which have demonstrated outstanding legal ability and devotion to the welfare of their community, state, and nation, as well as to the advancement of the legal profession.
Mr. Papageorge and Mr. Wagner will be formally inducted at the annual Fellows dinner on July 15 at The French Lick Springs Resort in conjunction with the ICLEF Master Series Conference.
Mr. Papageorge is a trial lawyer and a member of Taft’s Litigation, Environmental and Product Liability and Personal Injury Practice Groups. Mr. Papageorge has served as lead trial counsel for clients involved in jury and nonjury matters in both federal and state courts.
Mr. Wagner is a partner at Taft focused on environmental law and complex business litigation. He is an experienced trial lawyer and trusted advisor to manufacturers, municipalities, commercial property owners, and individuals in cases involving hazardous waste, environmental contamination, enforcement actions brought by federal and state agencies, class action personal injury and toxic tort claims, and remediation cost recovery and allocation claims.
