Taft attorneys Anthony R. Licata and Karl D. Camillucci assisted the firm’s clients in obtaining final zoning approval for a planned unit development for Uptown 500, a mixed-use development that will include 262 apartments and 12,000 square feet of retail space at the intersection of Dundee Road and Northgate Parkway in the Village of Wheeling, Ill.

Licata and Camillucci are also spearheading negotiations for up to $10.7 million in tax increment financing (TIF) to help pay redevelopment project costs. To learn more about the project, click here.
