Taft Attorney Bobrow Elected to Board of Trustees of the Ohio Venture Association
Cleveland, OH, September 22, 2008 – Howard J. Bobrow, a partner in the Cleveland office of Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP, was recently elected to the Board of Trustees of the Ohio Venture Association. The Association provides a forum for exchanging ideas on entrepreneurship and approaches to venture development in Northeast Ohio.
Bobrow’s practice is primarily devoted to corporate finance with a particular focus on private equity and venture capital, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities law, and general business law for emerging growth and public companies.
