Taft Assists U.S. Client in Securing CFIUS Clearance for Sale Transaction to Japanese Company
Taft advised a U.S.-based graphite machining company in obtaining national security clearance from the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) for its sale to a Japanese buyer.
