Taft Adds Two Associates in Chicago
Taft, one of the fastest-growing law firms in the nation, is pleased to announce associate attorneys Keanen Armour and Amanda Wyatt have joined the firm’s Chicago office.
Armour counsels clients in a variety of areas related to aviation law and related tax and corporate matters. He has extensive experience structuring aviation transactions, including domestic and foreign-based aircraft purchases and sales.
Wyatt represents clients in the areas of general corporate counseling, corporate contract negotiation and review, and mergers and acquisitions. She assists companies in various transactional matters, including entity structure, formation, corporate governance, and financing transactions.
