Taft acted as legal counsel to Providus Capital Partners, LLC in connection with two add-on acquisitions by portfolio company McMillan Pazdan Smith, LLC.
McMillan Pazdan Smith, an architecture, advisory services, planning, and interior design firm, acquired Jumper Carter Sease, the longest practicing architectural firm based in South Carolina, and Fuqua & Partners Architects, PC, a progressive community-based architecture, interiors, and planning firm in Alabama.
