Taft represented Park Dental Partners, Inc. in its definitive agreement to acquire Village Family Dental DSO, which supports Village Family Dental practices in eastern North Carolina.

The transaction marks Park Dental Partners’ expansion into North Carolina, its fourth state. Following completion of the transaction, Village Family Dental DSO will operate as a subsidiary of Park Dental Partners and continue providing management and administrative support to Village Family Dental practices, which will continue operating under the Village Family Dental name.

Park Dental Partners, based in Roseville, Minnesota, is a dental resource organization that provides business support services to affiliated general and multi-specialty dental practices. Village Family Dental, founded in 1985, supports practice locations throughout eastern North Carolina.
