Taft attorneys Manny Herceg and Chou-il Lee represented Councilman Norris Wang in the successful defense of a West Lafayette City Council election recount after Wang defeated Democratic challenger, Austin Bohlin on Nov. 5. Bohlin filed a Petition for Recount on Nov. 13. After two hearings on the matter, the Circuit Court granted Councilman Wang’s Motion to  Dismiss the Petition and Councilman Wang will continue to serve on the West Lafayette City Council.
