Taft is pleased to have acted as legal counsel to David E. Goodwin, Jr. in the reorganization of Advanced Technology Consulting, Inc. In connection with this process, the company’s Ohio and Connecticut divisions separated and Nicholas W. Enger joined Goodwin as a partner of the new Ohio organization – ATC of Ohio – with an equity stake. ATC of Ohio is a leading information technology consulting firm based in the greater Cincinnati area.
