Taft Acted as Legal Counsel to OGARAJETS in ESOP Transaction
Taft’s ESOP team is pleased to have acted as legal counsel to OGARAJETS in its transition to an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). The new structure provides ownership to the company’s employees.
