Taft partner Mark J. Stepaniak will present at the Pepsi-Cola Bottlers Association's Annual Convention in San Diego, Calif., on May 5. He will discuss recent labor and employment developments from OSHA, Department of Labor, EEOC and NLRB.

Stepaniak represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including litigation for employers in the federal and state courts involving wrongful discharge, sexual harassment, race and age discrimination, retaliatory discharge and wage and hour matters.
