Taft partner Mark J. Stepaniak will speak at the Ohio State Bar Association's Advanced Employment Law Seminar on May 18 in Columbus, Ohio. He will present on reasonable accommodations developments under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Stepaniak represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including litigation for employers in the federal and state courts involving wrongful discharge, sexual harassment, race and age discrimination, retaliatory discharge and wage and hour matters.
