Taft attorney Jeffrey D. Stemerick was quoted in the article "Indiana joins other states challenging EPA regulatory authority," which appeared in The Indiana Lawyer on Aug. 27. Stemerick is an associate in the firm's Indianapolis office, where he is a member of the firm’s Environmental practice group. His practice focuses on environmental litigation and compliance issues, as well as general civil litigation.
