Stein to Speak at CCFL Annual Consumer Financial Services Conference
Taft Columbus partner David Stein has been invited to speak at the Conference on Consumer Financial Law’s Annual Consumer Financial Services Conference on Oct. 21. He will co-present on the panel, “Lead Generation and Data Aggregation,” discussing the applicability of fair lending principles to the life cycle of a credit transaction.
