Sehy Appointed to ISBA Banking Section Council
Taft attorney Zachary Sehy was appointed to the Illinois State Bar Association Commercial Banking, Collections, and Bankruptcy Section council. The group’s mission is to promote professional excellence in its field, provide practical information for members and offer educational opportunities.
Sehy’s practice focuses primarily on the representation of traditional lending institutions and distressed debt investors in commercial real estate foreclosures and loan workouts. In the course of his practice, he has represented lenders in a variety of litigation matters involving commercial real estate, lender liability litigation, collections and bankruptcy.
