Schiffer Appointed to Two-Year Term on MSU Hillel Board of Directors
Sam Schiffer has been appointed to a two-year term on the MSU Hillel Board.
MSU Hillel’s mission is to ensure the continuity and growth of the thriving Jewish student community at Michigan State University and to enrich the lives of students through Jewish values, programs and relationships. The Board of Directors determines policies with respect to MSU Hillel, its activities and property and makes rules for the governance of MSU Hillel and its committees.
Schiffer is a partner in the firm’s Real Estate group. He concentrates on acquisitions, dispositions, financing and leasing of commercial, retail and hospitality properties. Schiffer represents a wide range of real estate developers, operators, and users in their real estate investments and operations, including a leading national owner of upscale co-working space.
Schiffer earned a Juris Doctor degree from Yeshiva University’s Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in finance, with honors, from Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business in East Lansing.
He is admitted to practice in Michigan, New York and New Jersey.
