Taft partner Phil Schenkenberg will serve as a panelist during an upcoming Minnesota CLE seminar on “Litigating Probate & Trusts Disputes in 2022.” The virtual seminar will take place on March 29, 2022.

Schenkenberg’s session will focus on “Effective Cross-Examination – Strategies for Honing this Vital Skill.” He will discuss the basis for determining which witnesses to cross-examine, and the strategies that can be used to design and prepare for a compelling and effective cross.

Schenkenberg concentrates his litigation practice on fiduciary and wealth transfer disputes, disputes arising out of closely held businesses, and complicated matters involving telecommunications and technology.
