Taft Columbus partner Sue Roudebush will present at the Columbus Bar Association CLE Webinar, “Understanding & Defending Against VSSR,” on May 21. Roudebush will provide insights into Violations of Specific Safety Requirements (VSSR), discussing essential topics such as what constitutes a VSSR, its impact on workers’ compensation claims, who may be at risk, and effective defense strategies.

Roudebush focuses her practice on workers’ compensation and OSHA law and procedure and represents self-insured and state-funded employers during all stages of their workers’ compensation matters. Roudebush previously worked as an Assistant Ohio Attorney General in the Workers’ Compensation Section and regularly writes and presents on workers’ compensation and OSHA topics.
