Taft attorney Ronan Johnson has been elected vice chair of the executive committee of the Indianapolis Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division.

Johnson is member of the firm's Business and Finance practice group. His practice primarily focuses on representing private equity funds, large multi-national corporations, family-held businesses and individuals with complex transactions involving mergers, acquisitions and recapitalizations.
