Taft partner Robert Bilott was recently quoted in an article picked up by many media outlets, including a nation-wide AP article, in connection with the announcement of a link between cancer and exposure to a chemical in the drinking water of class members who settled a West Virginia class action lawsuit back in 2005 (and relating to the consequences of this cancer link for those class members).  He was also quoted in an article related to the recent selection of a medical panel in the same case.
