Taft attorney Olivia Rangaswami will be a speaker at a webinar titled “PFAS and the Regulator State: Emerging Liabilities Under CERCLA and RCRA” on June 17. The program is hosted by George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School and will include a discussion on the developments in CERCLA and RCRA coverage of PFAS chemicals.
