Polak and Costa Article Published in The Indiana Lawyer
Taft attorneys Jonathan G. Polak and Cristina A. Costa authored the article “Federal Trade Secrets Act signed into law,” which was published in The Indiana Lawyer on June 1. The article discusses the new law that was signed by President Obama on May 11, creating the first federal system of trade secrets law.
Polak is a partner in Taft’s Intellectual Property, Business and Litigation groups and concentrates his practice in the areas of complex commercial litigation and intellectual property litigation. He has litigated complex, multi-party cases in state and federal courts around the country. In addition, Polak has litigated intellectual property infringement claims on behalf of nationally-recognized rights holders.
Costa is an associate in Taft’s Intellectual Property and Litigation groups and has significant experience in commercial litigation and product liability defense.
