Plavin Presented at National Association for Law Placement Well-Being Webinar
Taft’s director of associate advancement, Alison Plavin, presented at the National Association for Law Placement (NALP) Webinar: How to Prioritize Your Well-Being in a Hybrid World on October 3, 2023. The webinar, presented to NALP members, discussed practical strategies to close the knowing vs. doing gap around seven well-being pillars: sleep, exercise, nutrition, mindfulness, gratitude, relaxation, and relationships. In addition, they covered practical strategies lawyers can implement immediately to help prioritize activities that matter most for well-being.

As the firm’s director of associate advancement, Plavin supports associates and associate-development strategies, goals, and objectives across the firm.
