Okun Referenced in Bloomberg Law Article on Colleges Borrowing from Endowments

Taft Cincinnati partner Megan Okun was referenced in the recent Bloomberg Law article, “Cash-strapped colleges are draining their endowments to survive,” published on Aug. 31, on the rising number of colleges forced to dip into their endowments or other restricted funds to continue operating. Okun offered insight on the approval process when it comes to charitable organizations, such as colleges, wanting to use restricted donations for other purposes.
