Obermeyer Elected Chair of IBA’s Estate Planning and Administration Section
Taft attorney Sean Obermeyer was recently elected chair of the Estate Planning and Administration Section of the Indianapolis Bar Association. Obermeyer is a member of Taft’s Private Client group, where he concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, administration of estates, trusts and guardianships, and fiduciary litigation. He also assists clients with estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax matters, formation and operation of family business entities and private foundations, premarital and cohabitation agreements, planning for LGBT individuals and couples, and planning for children with special needs.
