Nealis to Explain Legal Planning Necessary to Attract Potential Investors
Taft partner Peter S. Nealis will present at the Station 2 Innovation networking and educational event on Sept. 15. His topic is “Accelerating Your Success: Coordinating Funding for Early- and Growth-Stage Businesses.” The program will run from 6-8 p.m. at Station 2 Innovation, 912 7th Ave E., Bradenton, Fla.
Many entrepreneurs view capital raising as a necessary element of their business plan; however, proper legal planning is necessary to ensure that a business is most attractive to potential investors. Nealis’ presentation will cover common strategies used to raise capital and will provide awareness of key deal points.
