Morgan Presents Seventh Circuit Update for Municipal Lawyers
Taft attorney Donnie Morgan will be a speaker at the Municipal Law Seminar XXXVIII on June 24. His presentation includes a review of important Seventh Circuit cases during the past year. The virtual conference is hosted by Aim and the Indiana Municipal Lawyers Association and designed to keep local government attorneys informed of important legislative and case law changes.
Morgan is a member of Taft’s Appellate practice and Litigation group. He has experience at all levels of the federal and Indiana judicial systems, including work on appeals before the U.S. Supreme Court and the Indiana Supreme Court. He serves on the board of governors for the Seventh Circuit Bar Association and the Committee on Pattern Civil Jury Instructions of the Seventh Circuit, Section 1983 Subcommittee.
