Taft is pleased to announce that Nicholas P. Mollmann has joined its Indianapolis office as a member of the firm’s Real Estate practice group.

Mollmann represents clients in all aspects of the acquisition, financing, construction, development, leasing and disposition of commercial real estate. He has significant experience drafting and negotiating leases and lease-related documents.

The addition of Mollmann reaffirms Taft’s continued growth in its Real Estate practice, with 75 Real Estate practice attorneys across nine offices throughout the Midwest. Nearly 25 percent of the firm’s Real Estate practice attorneys are based in Indianapolis.

Prior to joining Taft, Nicholas was in-house counsel for multiple Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs). He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Indiana University McKinney School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in finance, with distinction, from Indiana University – Kelley School of Business.
