Taft attorneys Adam Miller and Devin Spencer will present “Best Practices for the Worst Ever Day” at the BASA 2018 School Facilities & Safety Conference on Feb. 22. Miller brings his unique background and experience to Taft’s Public Law and Education Litigation practices. He represents public governmental entities, including local, city and exempted village school districts, single and multi-county educational service centers, joint vocational school districts and statewide educational associations. 

Spencer focuses her practice on company, school district and employer liability under state and federal laws, including the ADA, FMLA, FLSA and Title VII. She has experience drafting employment related compliance documents and regularly contributes to Taft’s client alerts and updates.
