Messer Elected to the Taft Museum of Art Board of Directors
Taft partner Earl K. Messer has been elected to the Board of Directors for the Taft Museum of Art. The Taft Museum of Art is one of the finest small art museums in America, housed in a National Historic Landmark built in 1820.
Messer is chair of the firm’s Construction industry group, and has substantial experience handling complex, multi-party delay and defect claims, disputes over insurance coverage and defense, and claims against sureties. He has represented owners, contractors, subcontractors and sureties.
