Meister to Present at ABA Real Property, Trust and Estate Law 29th Annual Symposia
Taft attorney Julia B. Meister will be a panel participant instructing at the American Bar Association’s Real Property, Trust and Estate Law 29th Annual Spring Symposia, which will take place Apr 20-21 in Denver, Colo. The presentation, titled “High Stakes Litigation: When to Bring in the Expert to Win Your Case,” will focus on the use of experts in trust and estate litigation.
Meister is a partner in Taft's Litigation, Health & Life Sciences and Private Client groups and heads the firm’s Cincinnati Estates, Trusts and Fiduciary Litigation practice. She is an elected fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, an Ohio Super Lawyers honoree for commercial litigation, and recognized by Best Lawyers in America in four categories (and named Cincinnati Trusts and Estates Litigation Lawyer of the year and ERISA Lawyer of the year).
