Meister Speaks at Ohio Associations of Probate, Juvenile & Domestic Relations Judges Summer Conference
Julia B. Meister, head of Taft’s Wealth Transfer Litigation practice, recently spoke at the Ohio Associations of Probate, Juvenile & Domestic Relations Judges Summer Conference, presented with the Ohio Supreme Court’s Judicial Education office. The presentation was titled “Evidentiary Issues: Extrinsic Evidence, Hearsay & Documentary Evidence.”
Meister is a Co-Chair of the ABA’s Alternative Dispute Resolution committee, an elected Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, an honoree in Chambers and Partners (High Net Worth-Private Wealth Law), Best Lawyers in America, Ohio Super Lawyers, and a Cincy Magazine Leading Lawyer for Litigation. She is a frequent author for legal publications and instructor at programs for lawyers and the judiciary.
