Meister Quoted on WKRC Channel 12 News on Voting While Under Guardianship

Cincinnati partner Julia B. Meister was quoted during a news segment on concerns raised over ability of people under guardianship to vote. Meister says that a person could be adjudicated incompetent, found incompetent to manage their property and their personal affairs, and yet still be able to vote.
