Meister Presents on Ethics at Webinar
Julia B. Meister, head of Taft’s Wealth Transfer Litigation practice, and a partner in the firm’s Litigation, Private Client, and Health Care and Life Sciences groups, presented at Community Legal Aid’s webinar on Jan. 26. The program was titled “Working with Clients with Mental Illness, Competency Issues, Substance Issues, and High Conflict Issues.”
Meister spoke on the Ethical Considerations panel, providing ethics CLE credits to attorneys, alongside Gretchen Koehler Mote, director of loss prevention for the Ohio Bar Liability Insurance Company; and the Hon. Robert N. Rusu, Jr., Mahoning County Probate Court.
Meister is an elected Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and chair of its national Elder Law Committee.
