Meister Presents at ACTEC 2017 Great Lakes Regional Meeting
Partner Julia B. Meister was a speaker at the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (“ATEC”) 2017 Great Lakes Regional Meeting held in Chicago on Dec. 2. Her topic was “The Estate Plan in Litigation.” The presentation was based on Meister’s 20+ years’ experience litigating cases on behalf of beneficiaries and fiduciaries, including first chair jury verdicts. Meister is a Fellow of ACTEC.
