Taft partner Julia B. Meister's article "7 Ways to Plan a Winning Case: 'The End Is Where We Start From'" was published on March 2 by the American Bar Association's Section of Litigation, Woman Advocate Committee. Meister discusses seven topics that should be considered in the beginning of a case, including preparing a budget, developing a theme and drafting jury instructions early.
Meister is a partner in Taft's Litigation, Health & Life Sciences and Private Client groups and heads the firm’s Cincinnati Estates, Trusts and Fiduciary Litigation practice.
