Julia B. Meister, leader of Taft’s Wealth Transfer Litigation practice, was recently named to the Editorial Advisory Board of the Probate Law Journal of Ohio, known to practitioners as “PLJO.” The PLJO provides Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Section members with updates to Ohio law and authoritative commentary affecting their legal practice. 

Meister has published in the PLJO on numerous occasions. Her most recent article, “Should Ohio Legislatively Expand Parental Authorization for Powers of Attorney for Minors?” appears in the March/April 2021 issue.
