Taft attorney Robert W. McDonald participated in a panel discussion at the Financial Executives International (FEI) program "The Path from Idea to Fast Growing Company: Cincinnati Entrepreneurial Ecosystem," which took place on Nov. 19 at the Cintas Center. Discussion topics included:

• The biggest challenges to the growth of young, fast-growing companies in Cincinnati.
• Changes that have occurred in the Cincinnati Entrepreneurial Ecosystem in the last three years.
• Changes that are expected to happen in the Cincinnati Entrepreneurial Ecosystem in the next three years.
