Taft attorney Melissa Macchia will present at the National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees (NACTT) Annual Seminar on July 18 in Indianapolis. Her presentation “Human Resources Issues Affecting the Workplace” will include a discussion of #MeToo, workplace bullying, medicinal marijuana and addiction and disability issues.

Macchia focuses her practice in all areas of labor and employment law, with a particular emphasis on prevention and defense of employment litigation. Melissa has experience advising and interviewing clients during the internal investigation process and also has significant experience managing large scale electronic discovery matters.
