Leyshock to Speak at Northern Kentucky Chamber Employer Roundtable
Taft Employment partner Sarah Clay Leyshock will present at the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce Employer Roundtable on Tuesday, August 7.
The first event in the new series will focus on the impact of the #MeToo movement. Leyshock will lead a discussion about the best ways for management to keep the workplace free of harassment with effective policies, thorough investigations and appropriate responsive actions.

Leyshock has extensive experience in the higher education, hospital, restaurant and staffing industries. She represents employers in all types of matters involving state and federal employment laws and has significant knowledge of FLSA, FMLA, ADA and Title VII compliance and litigation. She conducts employee workplace investigations; provides personnel, compliance and risk management advice; drafts employment policies and legal documents; litigates (typically defends) on behalf of the employer; and regularly resolves charges of discrimination filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Ohio Civil Rights Commission and the Kentucky Commission on Human Rights.
